Our Story
Revolutionising Urban Advertising Through Innovation and Collaboration
The Genesis
ADXT was born over a coffee conversation between three friends at Circular Quay. Observing Sydney's changing digital landscape, we noticed something striking: prime storefronts in the city’s busiest areas were sitting unused, while traditional outdoor advertising remained costly and inaccessible to many businesses.
The Opportunity
Major players like oOh! Media and JCDecaux had focused on billboards and transport hubs, leaving countless high-traffic storefronts untapped. We saw this as more than just unused space—it was an opportunity to democratise advertising and generate new revenue streams for local businesses.
Our Vision
Our vision was simple yet powerful: transform unused storefront windows into dynamic ad spaces, creating value for both property owners and advertisers. By blending backgrounds in engineering, law, economics, and business, we crafted a solution that’s technically robust, legally sound, and commercially viable—serving active businesses, spaces under construction, and vacant properties alike.
The Future
Today, ADXT is pioneering a fresh approach to digital out-of-home advertising, building a network that benefits everyone involved. Property owners gain a new revenue stream, advertisers access premium locations at competitive rates, and urban spaces become more vibrant and engaging. Our mission is to continue expanding this accessible advertising network, creating value for businesses of all sizes while maximising the potential of urban spaces.
